What we collect

When you run a check: your business name, town, trade and website (if given). When you ask for a report: your email and phone number. We also keep basic technical logs such as IP address for security and rate limiting.

Why

To run your check, send the report you asked for, and contact you about it (legitimate interest / your request). We don't sell your data.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting) and OpenAI (to run AI questions about your business; we only send business details, not your email or phone).

How long

Lead details are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us using it. Email us. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
